At Venderby's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are in unworn and original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
